Dr. Jens Ulbrich Dr. Jens Ulbrich holds the key position of Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager of Customer Support. Dr. Ulbrich, a native of Hanover, studied Mineralogy and Crystallography at the Technical University of Berlin. He earned his Ph.D. in polymer physics at the GKSS Research Center in the Teltow Institute of Chemistry. His advanced studies in AFM science and technology were conducted under Prof. Dr. Helmut Kamusewitz. In customer service, Dr. Ulbrich is responsible for coordinating all technical, applications, and financial data with Triple-O staff members and clients worldwide. |

Holger Breter The management of life science projects is under the direction of Holger Breter. He earned his physics diploma at Karl-Marx University in Leipzig, where he was a member of the NMR research laboratory. In the Berlin scientific community for over 20 years, he was on the staff of the Stadtisches Klinikum Berlin-Buch, the Electron Microscopy Department of the Central Institute of Molecular Biology, the Department of Immunopathology at the Max-Delbrueck Center for Molecular Medicine, and the Institute for Computer Integrated BioEngineering at Coln GmbH. He also served as CEO of BioTools GmbH in Berlin. |

Ilka comes to our Potsdam headquarters with a long and distinguished carrer in scientific sales development. She has worked for several top corporation and marketing agencies throughout Germany. Her area of expertise is focused especially on microscopy instruments and related products.

New York born and educated Bob Jaczko creates all the advertising, newspaper, magazine, and public relations materials for Triple-O. With more than 25 years in international marketing as a Senior V-P at one of the world's largest communications companies, Omnicom in Boston, where he still resides. Among his creative work, dozens of ads for GE/USA General Electric Jet Engines, were translated into 10 languages, ran in 52 countries, and won innumerable international awards. He is a photographer, designer, writer, and very frequent flyer.

| Sindy's advanced education in communications focused on media design for picture and sound, motion picture theater screen illumination, and on-air editing for television. Quite appropriate for these studies, Sindy's home town of Potsdam, is directly adjacent to the world famous German film center, Babelsberg. In her leisure time, she is an accomplished photographer, mountain biker, and is exploring surfing which coincides with her enthusiasm for travel. | ||||||||||||||||

With A-level grades and college studies in hotel management and commerce, Yvonne Plutecki comes to Triple-O Microscopy well-suited to her position as the administrator in charge of the development, logistics, and implementation of Triple-O's famous scientific workshop programs. A Berlin native, she established admirable people-to-people skills and organizational credentials at the worldclass Hotel Inter-Continental, Berlin, honing her abilities at this five-star hotel.

Sophie Hanenberg |

| Sophie has had a long career in office administration, working for many prestigious German companies in such diverse fields as data processing, insurance, and business support services. Married and a native of Potsdam, Sophie has also lived in Jordan for two years. She had been professionally trained as a commercial clerk and is a valuable addition to Triple-O's administrative staff in our Potsdam headquarters. | ||||||||||||||||

Silka Lehmann |

| Silka brings to her role in bookkeeping, accounting, and project controlling at Triple-O valuable professional skills gained over several years in hotel management, customer service, record-keeping, and billing. A native of Potsdam, Silka studied hotel management and commerce at the Berlin Hotel University. She spent several seasons working at sea aboard the cruise liner Arkona. For more than four years, Silka also worked at the InterContinental Hotel, Berlin, where she had the additional a role of teaching apprentices on the hotel staff. In her leisure time, she is an expert cook, carver, and sommelier. | ||||||||||||||||

Marcus Bühler |

Marcus Bühler has senior responsibility for the development of cutting-edge systems software. He studied physics and biology at the University of Kaiserslautern and continued his education in Heidelberg . He is a native of the Stuttgart area. Bühler was a desktop publishing and layout specialist at the noted modern art magazine, Zyma. Later he advanced his considerable skills at AµS Applied Microsensors GmbH in Saarbruecken, where he was responsible for developing software in the field of non-destructive testing with magnetic sensors.

Martha Harbison |

Martha Harbison is a native-born Californian who has studied and done research work in Europe for several years. She received her degrees in biology and chemistry from Santa Clara University in 1996. After completing her university studies, she took a post in California at IBM's Almaden Research Center. There she focused on thin film processing and characterization. At the Almaden Center, under the tutelage of Dr. J. E. Frommer, Martha gained valuable experience with AFM. She then moved on to the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research, Mainz. Martha speaks fluent German and lives in Berlin.

Ingo Joachimsthaler |

Ingo Joachimsthaler earned his degree in electrical engineering at the University of Wuppertal. He is focused on state-of-the-art software development for PC-based programs and DSP Digital Signal Processing, with emphasis on digital circuit design. His technical achievements have included not only the design and production of a distance controller for SPMs, but also innovative PC-based universal data acquisition software for SEMs. Joachimsthaler is a native of Monheim, Germany.

Irene holds a science degree in product development from the University of Skoevde, Sweden, and studied multimedia and 3D CAD modeling at Griffth University, Australia. Born in Gothenburg, Sweden, she was educated in Tuscon, Arizona, and in Chile, embarking on a technical career during her high school studies. She has worked in Turkey and Greece. Shortly before joining the technical staff at Triple-O, Irene was a key internet screen designer for a prominent Berlin-based internet company. She scuba dives, cooks, and travels broadly, whenever she can.
